PEACHES

The Queen of Electroclash!!!!

When I hear the name Peaches the first thing that come to mind is Fuck The Pain Away from her cd Teaches Of Peaches. Anyone who knows of Peaches, there first words out of there mouth would be the chorus of that song. The queen of electroclash has come very far from where she started. After being dropped from the European Sony contract, she went off to sign with Kitty-Yo releasing her first album Teaches of Peaches in 2000. In 2003 she came out with Fatherfucker teaming up with Iggy Pop. Impeach My Bush was the album of the year in 2006 for Peaches, having great hits like Boys Want To Be Her, Tents In Your Pants, and Downtown. After 2 long years she came out with her latest album I Feel Cream, bring a new sound and wowing her fans once again. Theres no doubt that Peaches has earn her crown as Queen Of Electroclash, and if you don't think so, what planet do you live in?!

She is the image of women empowerment, breaking the rules of gender rolls and putting on a great show doing it. She has shown that she can roll with the big boys in the industry sharing the stage with artist like Marilyn Manson, Nine Inch Nails, Queen Of The Stone Age, Chilly Gonzales, and Iggy Pop, to name a few. Peaches is not only a performer, singer, song writer, but a dj and producer working along with Christian Aguilera, Yoko Ono, Bloc Party, Basement Jaxx, Simian Mobile Disco, Digitalism, and Shapemod. Listening to her music will defiantly get you hot and bothered in the bedroom, and feel like a rockstar on the dance floor.

If i had to describe her albums this is what I would say:

Teaches of Peaches - Raunchy
Fatherfucker - Sexy, & fun
Impeach My Bush - Electro glam rock
I Feel Cream - A softer side of Peaches
